77 Times – Jesse Hardiek

Posted on 16 Dec 2009 at 3:40am

77 Times is…Alex Renbarger(13)-vocals/lyrics/rhythm guitar, Hogan Brecount(14)-lead guitar, Evan Turner(13)-drums, and Jesse Hardiek(13)-bass guitar/backing vocals. Based out of Fort Wayne, 77 Times began last year as four 7th grade guys with a dream and a passion for writing and performing hard-rocking original music with a positive message. We’ve written over a dozen songs that focus on a theme of forgiveness and grace in spite of our imperfections. The song that we performed for this audition is simply titled 77, and has a message about forgiving your “brother” 77 times…no limit! We hope to be writing and ROCKING for a long, long time!

My name is Sydney Conrad and I am fourteen years old.  I have been dancing since I was about seven.  I first started dancing at a studio called L.A. Dance.  Today I am a company member of K. Monique’s Studio of Dance.  I am also a JV dancer on the Homestead High School Dance Team as a freshman.  This is my fourth year in company and I enjoy it very much.  Dance is my passion and I love being able to express my feelings to others without ever using words.  Besides being a student I also help assist, every once in a while, the recreation kids.  I also have a sister in company who is eight and I enjoy helping her on whatever she did that day in class.  I also love traveling to many competitions and conventions to see other dancers my age and what they are doing.  Finally, I hope this year is a year of improvement and I would like to be on So You Think You Can Dance.

Mandy Fritz

Hi. My name is Mandy Fritz. Becoming a successful singer has always been a dream of mine. At a young age I started competing in local singing competitions.  As my talent grew I expanded my arena to larger competitions. One such competition was Nashville Star. I competed at the Indianapolis, Indiana contest, where I placed in the top thirty out of a thousand entrants.

Even though I did not progress to the next level at that competition, I did not let it get me down. I continued competing at karaoke contests. One such contest was the Country Concert Karaoke were I placed in the top ten.

I am currenly the state winner of the Colgate Country Showdown.

Singing has always been my passion.  Becoming successful at it has always been my dream. A dream is a wish your heart makes and I know my dreams will come true.

My name is Glenn Collins aka Glenn-Marcus (stage name) and i sing, dance, write songs, and model. I love to entertain people with my talents and teach people how to dance. My mother started me off dancing when i was 3 years old and i been dancing ever since. My grandmother sings and i got the gift to sing from her and i love to sing for people and write songs that touch people in many different ways.I am happy that i got a chance to show indiana’s got talent my talent and i hope you all enjoyed my performance. I never won anything and this would be a dream come true to me to win. To me making money with my talent is not my main focus. Touching people and making them remember is my main focus and that will make me very happy. My performance was very energetic and i picked that song by Brany because she is my favorite female singer. When i dance i move very fast hard and my moves are very sharp. I think i did very good and i am pleased with my performance. I am praying an hoping that i make it to the finals and win and i promise that Indiana’s Got Talent will not be dissapointed with any of my peformances because i put my all into it and i love what i do. I also make up my own routines and moves. Thank you for allowing me to show you my talent.

Katie Reynolds

Hi! My name is Katie Reynolds. I’m 15 years old and I’m a freshman at Carroll High School where I am a member of the girls Select Sound Show Choir. Performing is my passion and I’ve been singing since I was four years old. My parents told me that the first song that I ever sang was George Strait’s “One Night at a Time” and I haven’t stopped singing since. I’ve been taking vocal lessons since fifth grade and I enjoy singing many different styles of music. I chose the song “Son of a Preacher Man” because it is a true classic. It was fun to perform and really helped me to entertain the audience. I have many ambitions in my life, and one is to attend college. I would like to get my degree in musical theater because my other passions in life are acting and dancing. In my career, I would love to pursue Broadway or maybe even get a recording contract. I believe if you believe in yourself and your dreams that anything is possible.
